Welcome to my blog, named after the less-famous elevation of my suburb here in Colorado (the more-famous being 5280, that of Denver). Here you'll find me pondering life and knitting, and everything in between. Thanks for visiting, and drop me a note!

I have joined and quit Flylady at least four times. Before that I tried the S.H.E. system (on which Flylady is based) at least four times. I was just thinking about giving Flylady another go next week. For me it is not a system to which I can adhere, but it is a good way to focus my energies when everything is getting out of control. When my house is such a mess that I don't know where to start, I think of Flylady and say to myself, "Start with the kitchen sink."
